Shipping & delivery
Free shipping within Germany from an order value of 100 €. Below that, the shipping costs are €5 flat rate. For deliveries outside Germany (EU countries + Switzerland), the shipping costs are €15 flat rate. For shipments outside the EU, please contact us directly at shop@lengling.com. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases. These are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
Delivery is usually carried out by DHL.
For health and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if the sealing cellophane and the original packaging have been opened, damaged, tampered with or removed. LENGLING LUXURY inspects the packaging and condition of each returned product, as the essential integrity of the respective products is an indispensable prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal. The basic exercise of the right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
